Deleting an episode or return definition
Instead of deleting a definition, you can deactivate so that it cannot be processed. For instructions, see Activating or deactivating an episode or return definition.
To delete an episode or return definition:

From the Enterprise Decision Support home page, in the Encounter analysis section, click Define encounter episodes.

In the Actions column of the definition to delete, click the ellipsis (...), and click Delete.

At the Delete? prompt, click Delete.
